Help How to Make Sure I Do SN as Comfortably as Possible.

I'm sure you guys have also read the posts where people take SN and are in great pain for like 40 minutes. I know the results vary, but since I am doing the protocol in a couple days, how do I best avoid pain?

I am doing the PPH 2023 stat dose. I know following the instructions is going to be important, I already have everything measured out.

No, I've never read posts of people being in "great pain" for 40 minutes. I've only ever seen posts where it was 15-20 minutes before they went lights out with minimal discomfort beforehand. The most distressing common symptoms are tachycardia, headache, and shortness of breath. Also vomiting, if you consider that "distressing" which some do.

Pain isn't normal for SN, so I wouldn't worry about it. Just take the advised dose of ibuprofen and you should be fine.

Chances are you'll pass out around 10 to 15 minutes in. You shouldn't feel pain you should just be uncomfortable for the few minutes after you take it .

It's best to lay down , put on some relaxing music and try not to panic or puke .
