I think it may be against the forum guidelines to give suicide advice directly, unless I'm wrong in which case that's my bad.

I don't think giving advice on a method is against the rules. Encouraging people to go for suicide tho is against the rules as only the person doing it should make that choice, no one else.

Edit: You don't need to be full suspended from the air to hang yourself. You can do a partial hanging which has some of your body on the ground as shown in the megathread and videos. I don't know if you can do it laying down tho.
