Help How to learn life skills as a mentally disabled person

If my parents died or fell sick, I need to help them with medical help.
I don't even know how local buses work, how to take a train, how to reach the right platform in the railway station, etc
I don't even know how to fill petrol in my dad's bike.

I now want to find out how small business work, how they source materials, who they sell, etc

It feels I can never understand what to do. I can only understand straightforward instructions. But when things change, I can't figure out how to do something. I hope people can understand this.
For example buying something or going to a place, but can't figure out on my own about how to travel to a new place.

I'm still suicidal but maybe I'll try one more time.

I mean "mentally disabled" is a broad term. Can't really tell you anything wothout knowing your disability.

indian here, not exactly a life skill but data entry or telecalling jobs are what you can try . For learning skills I can suggest you use medicines for focus or nootropics (search on Reddit) .
