My psychiatrist diagnosed me F41.1 Idk what that means, I mean ik it is an anxiety disorder, but I do feel like it is becoming chronic at this point, since I am going steps and steps backwards.
F41.1 refers to generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). I'm pretty sure that GAD is typically characterized by chronic stress and worry, so I would say that it's safe to assume that your condition likely is chronic.
