How to know best spot for a noose short drop hanging.

- put noose near ear
- put noose at the back of the neck
- put it at front or the neck

anyone know which is best? how do you know?

Behind an ear. Set it so when it tightens, it pulls toward the back of your head. This ensures constant pressure is supplied to the arteries. Never in the front.
