I spend all day thinking this
then finally at night when i can do this
I just can't jump
Then it's the same thing the next day and the next
This for months now

Have you considered partial suspension or ligature strangulation?

I tried partial suspension about 20 times
just gave up on that
It could work but when i pass out
I'm afraid rope could loosen
Thats why i moved onto full suspension

ligature strangulation
Tried a few times
but same fear as above

so it has to be full suspension
it's all setup and ready
maybe if i just set a time and just do it really quick without thinking ?

Unless it's long drop (calculated and all) you'll have to be prepared for some pain and survival instincts kicking in. Do you think you can handle that?

theres this zone I get into when I am about to drink my death drink.

I am waiting on the time where I can just pass this zone when something really awful happens again, cause now I am just stuck in this annoying space where I start thinking about my loved ones.

I can't live but also can't seem to die.

It may require that last straw or mood. It has been studied that people who are about to kill themselves have really slow blinking rate and it comes from that certain feeling where you kinda finally snap. I noticed this with myself sometime ago, can't remember the situation, but I noticed that I stopped blinking and if I would had the means to end it all, I would have. I guess the term 'seeing red' comes closes to it.

what about n or helium/nitrogen?
No i have thought of other methods including these
but have decided on hanging
going to try again tonight
months ago i was unsure if i really wanted to end it
then hurting friends family and fear of afterlife was stopping me

now i'm sure i want to end it
still hate doing it to friends and family
but it's just hopeless
i have to do it
just need to jump

When it gets bad enough you'll be glad you have the rope.

You can wait for that to happen or get a perfect method.

A method so easy and peaceful that it has only a little of the survival instinct.

Not sure of many methods like that...Probably morphine OD? Some kind of anesthethic? Nitrogen...

Nitrogen! There's no pain, no feeling of suffocation, you're unconscious in seconds, dead in minutes. I really need to write up how I assembled my supplies for less than $200.

That's really interesting. I can see why that's a thing.
