Help how to hang ctb w/o seizures?

how do i make sure i don't have a seizure while im trying to hang ctb? im trying to do partial suspension but every single time i do it, i have symptoms kind of like a seizure that sort of forces me to breathe, and makes me feel dizzy and disoriented for hours after. why is this happening and how do i stop it?

That could be a flat out panic attack.

Have you considered taking alprazolam roughly 30 to 20 minutes before your attempt? That soothes the nerves a lot ^^

thank you^^ where would i even get that though because alprazolam isnt something you can just buy at that store no?
