Method How to get over fear of needles?

Hi, I'm new here <3
I've been thinking about how the best way to ctb via OD with fent and there are a lot of problems with this method. Getting it isn't an issue, but the dose would need to be really high due to tolerance (suboxone treatment) and im not sure if just smoking or snorting would be enough. I'm really really not confident with needles. my veins are very small and I have 0 experience using them. Every time I've had to get any kind of injection from a nurse I get dizzy and nauseous with anxiety, and I'd be so mad at myself if I went through with all of this just to miss.. Is it possible to practice with something else non lethal and not leave any track marks? It seems to be the only route of administration that is reliable. :(

Tattoos I guess? That is if you'd like to have one honestly, it goes into your skin and you get used to needles quite easily.
Well I had little to no good relationship with needles ever since I was young but that let's call it fear ended with my first tattoo.
