It's not available anymore.
The only way seems to be is going to South America and try to find it there
Only way is to go hunt for it in Peru, make sure to get your comments/posts/interactions on threads to 15 so you could unlock the search and dm feature, then you can look into threads of people who went hunting for it in peruSimilar threads
