Help how to get hands on drugs being watched

i'm wondering how to get my hands on drugs if my parents are "monitoring" me. you see i love xanax, i find myself constantly needing it whenever i feel down. but i haven't had it in a while because ever since my overdose my parents are very worried and keep an eye on me and my doctors know about it. i have easy access to it but i don't know how to get away with it. since they're constantly concerned. and to buy i have to withdraw money from an atm and my parents will see this since they have access to my bank account, i just feel so stuck but i need it.

Addiction will only make you feel worse. It's really better to lean off drugs.
If you really need to feel better asking for help will do you better long term.
Your parents clearly care for you. Let them help you out.
Drugs only help you for a couple hours until you have to use it again.

Can you pay in another way? Like buy your dealer something at the store, some food or item? So it appears normal on your bank statement.

Can you get cash back from a self checkout at like a grocery store or Walmart or whatever?

Take this as an opportunity. Break the cycle. Get out from under the weight of drugs. From a current alcoholic, this is not a place you want to be. It is hard in the short term, but the long term reward is well worth itm
