Psychogenic fevers aren't something commonly known about, but you see it sometimes with people who are extremely stressed. You can induce one potentially by causing yourself enough stress, though I wouldn't exactly call that reliable.

I don't quite understand the motivation and know you asked about fevers, but if you're just looking to get ill, than you can eat rotten food or ingest things that have touched unsanitary surfaces.
