Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Ive tried 4 different ssris and none of them particularly helped, talking therapy makes me feel emotionally drained and is expensive. Genuinely how am i supposed to get better. And ive tried so many times but i only end up back in this spot, i think this is the worst ive ever been in my life and i dont see any way out

I don'y have any advice because I think I'm in the same spot :( But do you have a goal or something you like? Something that makes you a little happy? I find some people that feel lost and mentally worn atleast have one thing they like that they want to do during the day.

Also, I also tried SSRI's and none of them particularly helped, maybe you can try another type of anti-depressant? I tried NSRI type of anti-depressant although i dont think meds really work for me, but if you want, maybe that could be an option.

Unfortunately, sometimes the way out is a 10k marathon mile, and we only have it in us to take 5 steps a day, I really hope that one day, mh support is better than what it is now. Sorry I don't have any real advice TT

I do have a hobby but even that feels flat and meaningless right now😞 someone else suggested that to me but i believe you have to see a psychiatrist to get them prescribed and the doctors never do much for me so i wouldnt know how to get that far.
Thanks for your words, makes me feel less alone anyway

I'm sorry you're going through this and that things haven't helped, despite trying different things.

I'd also suggest trying an SNRI, it depends what country you're in I imagine but in the UK I am fairly sure that GPs can prescribe them, it wouldn't necessarily have to be a psychiatrist - and given you've tried 4 different SSRIs there's a good chance that an SNRI would be the next one to try anyway. I know this is easier said than done, though.

Sending lots of love 💐

Some alternative treatments to look into would be TMS, ECT, and Spravato. These have higher effectiveness rates than pills but also have more risks.
