  • Hey Guest,

If you would still like to donate, you still can. We have more than enough funds to cover operating expenses for quite a while, so don't worry about donating if you aren't able. If you want to donate something other than what is listed, you can contact RainAndSadness.

Any tips appreciated! I know it's a difficult question, and I have of course asked several doctors about this, but with no luck. I guess it's better to research on my own.

Due to several fractures in my left arm/elbow some years ago (titanium implant), I have very poor blood supply down in my left arm. The warmer my body gets (training), the colder my arm and hand gets. I use hot water, hot clove (on battery). I heat my arm in the oven (sounds crazy, I know) and I have tried acupuncture.

Anyone with similar problem? Tips to a treatment or a product would be appreciated.

If doctors haven't been able to advice then probably there isn't one or is not required. If the blood flow is impacted on your arm only then maybe it now has diminished requirement of blood due to injury. Or maybe some artery or vein is constricted or damaged but that is highly unlikely otherwise necrosis could happen. Is it bothering you physically? Is there any pain, limited functionality, or tingling sensation? Continue seeing different specialists, and don't obsess over it. The doctors would have done something already if they thought it needed attention. Best wishes.

The pain is mostly in the elbow, but I have painkillers, and they help to cope. So my problem is the constant ice cold hand/arm below elbow, and constant numbness in my forearm. I haven't been to many specialists. It's very expensive and difficult to get an appointment. I'm a lefty, so it's difficult for me to work.

I bought vitamin B12 today. Got a pm from a user here. I know I've got nerve damage in my arm, and the peripheral nervous system is always a huge challenge for doctors. That's the reasons for asking for advice here, and it's free:-)

I take a Nitric Oxide supplement that greatly helps with my blood pressure by widening my blood vessels. Maybe a Nitric Oxide supplement would help you. There are many of those products you can buy.
