If you take the one-size-fits-all recommended dose of 25 g of SN mixed into 50 ml of water, it'll be the size of a shot of alcohol (in some countries at least).
I can down 50 ml of water in one gulp, and it should be taken as quickly as possible anyway.

Thanks. I have no instictive feel for the metric system. I don't know why I thought it was more liquid than that. Just down it and put something sweet in your mouth to kill the taste.

Yes, as Tary said take it as quickly as possible. I'm rubbish at downing shots so I'll take it in 2 consecutive gulps. I've heard someone say they rinsed their mouth with mouthwash first to numb the tastebuds a bit.Hi - reviving this because I haven't read much about the proper method to actually drink the SN.. wanted to get feedback in addition to the above for it to be most effective..
