I take clonazepam (Rivotril) and my body is already quite used to high doses, and I would like to dope, without overdosing or anything like that, does anyone have any suggestions?

are you talking about steroids or opiates, thats the only "dope" im aware of in the context youre using
unless you mean straight up heroin?
