HOW TO DIE WITH NO PAIN

I am an Italian, I don't know how to write well in English, I hope to make myself understood. I have been suffering from depression for 7 years, I am tired, really tired. exhausted. I just want to find a way to die without pain, I'm tired of suffering. I want it to be an effective method, I don't want to go back to the hospital in the psychiatry ward. Sodium nitrite seems to me to be a good option but I don't know where to buy it and how to make it 100% effective. my second option is to hang myself but I don't have a rope to do it and not even an anchor point. please don't judge me but just help me. Thank you.

SN is a popular choice. Mild discomforts until you pass out. As long as you have the right amount, the time not to be found and can keep it in your body (not throwing up) you should be successful.

I think that if I knew the answer, I would already be gone. I am trapped in this world as ctb is so difficult for me. I guess that what I plan to do, and all that someone can do is make use of the resources section and then decide what is best for themselves. Hanging is my only option personally, and when I get desperate I will have no other choice but to resort to it.

I'm sorry that you suffer so unbearably. I know that it is hard to carry on when you are so tired of everything. I wish that there was a way to fall asleep and never wake without having to go through the process of ctb. I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do.

I also believe that sodium nitrite may be the best method but I don't know where to buy it, I'm afraid that documents will be required for the online purchase or we run into problems at customs (live in Italy)

do you mean a gas like helium or nitrogen? Is there somewhere a guide on how to do it? I think you need a bag for asphyxiation, a gas cylinder and a tube…

Only one I know is euthanasia but its not possible, so ctb will have some level of pain for me, a lot since i'm tied between throat slitting and jumping still.
Personally

Most of the methods in the PPeh and resource thread are not obtainable for me. So I have no choice to but to pick throat slitting or jumping, bite the bullet and do it.

Check out the Inert Gas/Exit Bag Mega Thread here on this site, goes back years--I'd read the last 20pages or so because years ago Helium was popular but they ruined that by diluting it, so Nitrogen is most talked about method on that thread now: Nitrogen Tank/Regulator(Reducer)/Flowmeter/Tubing/Exit Bag--Tired Horse and Greenberg are the experts there, ignore the FromGermany guy

I'm sure there are painless ways but they aren't cheap and require a medical license to procure the drug. Cheap and painless don't go together unfortunately... I know enough morphine would be painless but again how would you get that? We are all just throwing darts. Nobody knows.

I would also like to express my pain with other people but I would be taken for mad. suicide is not accepted in this society. I'm sorry that you are mentally hurt, as well as me and the rest of the participants of this forum. We all have our reasons, but we are united by pain.

I'm going to die soon too. I'm not sorry that I didn't adapt to this world like a molecule or a larva. He is too cruel to animals, to plants, to people.
