Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

The dreading feeling, fear of abandonment and loneliness, especially since they dropped me for another friend for a year or so.. i need help, the only meds i have is antidepressants and lamotrigine..

In immediate crisis, shock to the system, for example, ice cold water to the face (safely), intense sudden exercise (safely). As for longer term emotions dealing with the situation, don't be afraid to confront the emotion headon. It will be painful, but it can't get better unless you confront it. It will get easier, but you cannot get to the easy part without going through the hard part first. If you haven't gone through/don't have access to DBT, look up the skills online (for you, the interpersonal and emotion regulation modules sound like good options). Tons of great free resources.
I was diagnosed with BPD ~5 years ago, went through 3 years of DBT. If you need anymore advice, from one BPD person to another, feel free to ask. :) <3
