How to ctb off a 60ft bridge over water + suicide anonymity laws

I've tried to hang myself before after lots of research but I can't do it, I don't have access to N or SN or anything like that, I don't have any guns, I don't have my own car so it's not like I can purposely do carbon monoxide poisoning in my car, and I don't have an exit bag or a gas cylinder so I can't ctb like that. There isn't any way for me to ctb, except for this 60ft bridge but it's over a river. Also the state police and the coast guard are rlly close to the bridge so if i dont die instantly, im pretty sure they might try to "save" me. ive done research abt the bridge and it turns out people have jumped off of it for fun without even getting injured. how do i make sure i die if i jump off of it? like do i jump at a certain angle? or should i hyperventilate before jumping off so i drown rlly quick, like a shallow water blackout? should i jump off of it at a certain time of day/night so i can reduce the chances of the cops/coast guard seeing me? and pls dont tell me to wait and think of another method bc i cant, i have to ctb rlly soon, its super urgent.

edit: I was always curious abt how the cops knew who someone was after they died but not at their home (ex. a bridge or a forest) and i heard that anonymity is important in cases of suicide to avoid glorifying it or something. the bridge i wanna jump off is pretty far away from my home, like across the state, so if i jumped off w nothing that could identify me (no passport, id, etc) could that mean my family would always just think i went missing and wouldnt know what i did? what abt if i survived but refused to tell the cops who i was, would they still try to identify me or do you think they'd let me leave?

Find a way to render yourself unconscious & drown in the water basically. Something to block off carotid artery (left/right side of neck aka partial hanging ;might be a better one?) to pass out or perhaps a gas or liquid? Maybe nitrous oxide or chloroform? I'm not an "expert" & I'd imagine certain efficient substances would be hard to get hold of unless you know a dodgy vet or anaesthetist.

Fucking jokes how ppl need to jump in front of trains or whatever & traumatize or "inconvenience" others due to cleaner options being off the table thanks to control freak authoritarians; same as this X amount of pills bought in one place, bollocks. Someone dedicated won't just go to multiple shops lol.

Then you've got the anti-opioid & weed brigade when they're proven to be effective in pain management due to muh "oh no they're addictive & shorten your life" rhetoric. Suicide due to suffering is a better alternative than a relatively pain free shorter existence? Are these ppl for real? Won't do anything to improve your situation; just want to take away your options.

If more time was spent figuring out why ppl want to die & what accommodations can be made to change that as opposed to just limiting people's options, there may just be fewer suicides; either that or a lot less suffering at least.

If you landed head first on the concrete, pretty sure you'd be dead; at night like 3am is likely best but yeah something to knock you out then fall over the side. As for accident; unlikely.

Yeah, you're going to need more height, 60ft is nowhere near enough. I think it was around a ~250ft drop onto water for a ~95% chance.

I agree. Even if you did jump head first there is nothing to say that your body won't change position while your falling, which you won't have any control over as the time it would take you to realise and try to correct it would be too late. So you risk possibly ending up with a horrific injury which could make things even worse for you
