Help How to cover up SH scars

I was instinctively cutting again and ended up doing some on my face and idk how to cover it up. I have classes tomorrow.

My best bet atm is to say I fucked up when shaving as it kinda almost looks like that? I'm terrified.

Will someone find out? Will I be hospitalized again? Some people irl I'm pretty sure are finding out about my plans and stuff as the facade is falling apart.

if its the right size, a bandaid over it is more innocuous than an exposed, clean cut

concealer is obvious even for something like acne or undereye circles, over a cut would look pretty bad under most lighting unless youre truly good at makeup

Depending on the position, you could wear a mask and say you're ill or have been around someone ill. A bandaid does work but if it's sizable, I'd recommend the mask or if it's near the hairline, a headband.

It's near the lower cheek so I think if I just say it's me fucking up with a razor I'm probably fine?
