Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm 20, for clarification, and everyday that passes i feel like I'm just becoming and old, useless bum, I don't think ages like 30-40 and whatever is necessarily old, but it's not peak life either, right?

it hits me how im not a teenager anymore, I can't do what I want anymore, i have responsibilities and bla bla

this feeling genuinely fuels my need to ctb so much, am i just overreacting? it's one of the secondary reasons of why i planned to sui either this year, or the next one.

Society and social media out so much pressure on people and gives everyone the impression that life is over after your 20s. It is not. I keep saying this but my 30s were way better than my 20s. My only regret I have about getting older is how much time I have wasted not doing anything because I thought I was too late. Even with responsibilities, I had way more opportunities later in life than I did in my teens.

There are very few things you can do in your teens that you can not accomplish at any other point in your life and you have plenty of life left. Do not waste it.

you are over reacting, but in fairness, we can only react to how we feel, so perhaps my reply is an over reaction

they say life begins at 40 and they are correct. even 20-40 is good too, but at that point, to some extent, a person is still trying to impress others and look outwards for their happiness, not inwards which is the only place a person can find contentment and happiness

personally, i do not want to go back to any age. being 18-20 was cool, especially being the first 2 years of driving, because you could get away with almost anything and people would just say "he is just a kid". once you get into your 20's people expect more from you, but that is also good too. for me, i never, ever want to go back to being anything less than 20 for the exact opposite reasons you posted. as a kid, you cannot do what you want. you are governed by parents, schools, your own changes in body and mind and many other things. you still have responsibilities but there is no reward for them, except board, food and the right to go to sleep while at school. when you become an adult, you have a lot more choices in what you do. for sure, without money, the choices are limited, but then, so it is when you are a kid. at least, as an adult, you can make your own way and with that comes freedom and the feeling of accomplishment

30s are literally peak life. it's the stage when you have all three: time, money, energy. At 20 you may have time and energy but no money, and when way older you may and time and money but no energy. You haven't peaked yet, you are still on the demo of life at this point.

But tbh we all base our ages off of a Gregorian calendar made up by some dude hundreds of years ago. Biological age is what really matters tbh, the number is just the idea of some random person
