This is amazing. I always think about the ant theory as well. We really are a speck of dirt in X number of universes out there. We really are tiny and irrelevant yet find any way possible to hurt one another. Also can you explain more about this 365 calendar thing?
Oh my goodness. Someone finally likes what I have to say.

I heard about it while I was doing a big of digging in hominid studies and shit (scroll near the middle, and you'll see it). We're literally the last 23 seconds.

I don't want to delve into my misanthropy, but there's a lot of reasons why people hurt one another. None of them make any sense to me. It's like Planck's constant: it is what it is because it is the way that it is. Sigh.

Your consciousness does not even continuously exist during your life. It halts every time you fall asleep or get general anesthesia. Whenever your consciousness pops up again it can't recall anything from the missing period.
I guess it's the same with death. It fades into non-existence, but it will never pop up again, so you will never know you died.
You have been non-existent for billions of years. And you will be non-existent for billions of years.
Actually the experience of your consciousness is a bit mysterious. Consciousness experiences existence only, so whatever you are afraid of about death is a false idea. All you will ever experience is your own consciousness as it is now. You will never experience non-existence.

Perhaps, but there are still studies being done to suggest otherwise. Truth is we don't really know for sure.

Don't envision death as the end. Who knows whats next. If you're in enough struggle now, whatever is next cant be worse right? If you can manage now, its not your time to turn the page so to speak 🙂

We all share that concern / curiosity though! ❤
