I and others are having some intense chronic anxiety/panic attacks over CTB/Death. Dying is scary but living is even more scary. Just the thought of doing the actual deed, what will happen after you close your eyes for the final time is terrifying. I think watching NDE's can be comforting and also acknowledging how many people die a day and people just move on. Anyone have any tips on focusing on death being more positive? That life is fake and made up? Existential crises? To be excited about death
