Hi, I have a question about Sodium Nitrite. I live outside the US and found two different sellers. Seller A sells retail Sodium Nitrite (98% purity)from the brand Merck for about 30 cents per gram. Seller B sells 500g for only $2. Is there a way or a tool to check the purity of the Sodium Nitrite
