How to change your voice naturally?

I'm aware that you can't just completely change your voice, but I was wondering about slight changes that could be done. Has anyone ever tried to change their voice through natural ways and how? I'd like to make mine sound more masculine.

Try to feel deep down when speaking and get the resonance of the face going. Posture is important, try to posture to get a deeper voice.

I've never done any of this. Also, avoid dehydration and dairy.
