  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I think exercising is the only thing that consistently gives me the energy and motivation to do anything.
Hard to not feel productive after a good workout and shower, my body is just like 'let's go'.

Random bursts. I just ride it until it lasts. Otherwise it's very inconsistent.

I have ADHD. I get bored of anything very quickly, so I have to do something to get my dopamine fix. I don't tend to do cleaning though, so my apartment is always a mess, but I got used to it.

Working out helps with motivation. Socialising also.

I turned the basic stuff as hygiene, diet, minimal needed activity and tidiness into one big habit. It took time. So in the terms of all that my days are exactly the same. As time passes that stuff becomes almost automatic to the point when if you don't do something of that basic stuff it feels like something's a bit wrong. But that said, it doesn't change your life drastically and you're still the same loser but just ✨clean and healthy✨. And it actually doesn't take much energy as it seems at the begining

My body forces me to move, if I'm too still I start to ache and need to move around or do anything else until I can chill again.

I don't know. Over time, I've realized that if I keep postponing things, I'll stay forever stuck where I am now. I simply define a task – preferably starting with something easy. Even a task like "break everything down into steps" could work. When you take action, energy is released into that action "Where your mind goes, energy flows." You also get energy when you sleep well.
Tasks that don't require much cognitive effort can be done while watching YouTube. Almost any task, once you get used to it, can be carried out with YouTube (or whatever you enjoy) in the background.
Maybe this will help. I have a problem with time, and lately I've been struggling to set goals and follow through on them. The only thing that saves me is using an online planner.

You also need to know when to stop and recognize when you're tired if that's something you struggle with. (hi .-.)
