I remember one case here where the person drank it using a straw. If I recall correctly, the straw did help them in getting the SN down. They did vomit small amounts possibly twice and died an hour or so after ingestion.

When I CTB, I'm going to mix it with ice cold water which…now that I think of it, I wonder what would happen if one were to make SN ice cubes. Would the freezing degrade the SN, I don't know.

If you don't want to throw up you need an antiemetic. Sadly that sh*t has been locked down and trying to ask your doctor for a prescription from out of the blue has been considered a red flag by large health organisations.

On the SN megathread there was a link to a medicine crosschecker. If you are on any other medicines than that might be why you are nauseous.

As much talk of SN as there is, I don't know I'd say it's the number one method. Especially now, since it's no longer inexpensive and easy to obtain. Loud Wolf's 99.6% SN is what I have though tourniquet method, for example - that's a lot more simple in the sense of preparation.

People do manage to drink it, and most do vomit a bit, even with Meto. Thinking of Lindsey Pearlman (actress) who consumed SN in her car and died.

Many years ago, I did the master cleanse - 40 days of water, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. To break the fast, I did the saltwater flush, which is drinking 24oz +/- of salt water. I got it down no problem, and didn't vomit. The saltwater flush is meant as a final sweep of the colon. Non-iodized salt and water acts as a laxative.

P.S. I was checking my email just now - second time I get this notification from Amazon:

Funny you mention this, I've done (and/or attempted to do) the master cleanse dozens of times over the years, including the salt water flush. Gross, yes...but I never once vomited which gives me hope for the SN method. I'm curious how much the 10 lb. bucket of SN is. I bought a 2 lb. bottle of it for around $60 but that was before the crackdown...I recently looked up the seller and they no longer offer SN in any quantity on Amazon.

I was checking my SaSu folder and did find the documentation of the members experience - I'm unsure at the moment if she took any antiemetic, but she did indeed use a straw which she said helped a lot in getting the SN down.

If you're interested, try searching for Moonie's goodbye thread.

A fellow master cleanser! The 40 day cleanse was the longest I ever did - otherwise, I dabbled in fasting for shorter amounts of time.

Regarding the salt water flush, and I hope you don't mind me asking: were you very surprised by the amount of waste that came out of your body even after all of the fasting?

In my experience with the 40 day, I couldn't get over it, I was shocked. I was thinking damn, 40 days of no solid food at all and boom - the flush did indeed pull a lot out.

That bucket of SN on Amazon, it's the second notification I've gotten for it. I just checked to see the cost but it won't show unless one has a business account.

IMG 3006

That's wild you have 2lbs of it - good score, especially since you got it before the crackdown. I imagine the purity must be high.

The LoudWolf SN I have is 99.6% 🐺

All in all, it cost $15 ($9.99 + shipping)

what do you recommend to do to not vomit?

I'm planning to chew some ginger mints or a piece of dark chocolate immediately after consuming the SN. Maybe a shot of straight up ginger juice even.

These ginger mints are my preference, they're more spicy which I like when it comes to ginger

There are also Vermints Gingermint - not spicy

Ginger root is a natural antiemetic 🫚

All said, I do expect to vomit a bit. These past months of vomiting blood have been brutal; at this point, I think SN vomit won't be nearly as bad.

ginger wont interfere?> i think as much as you eat is going to be harder not to throw up. lemon is really helping but in counter react.

i think i did a mistake. im fasting but eating water. is it allowed?

I don't think I need anything, just antiemetic and SN. I will make many, many cups of SN, at least four more. If I throw up the first cup, I drink the second.... And so on until I passed out. I know it's hard, but I think it's so much better than jumping

Also think about it that it wont be possible for you to drink more you can throw up on the moment you try, or pass out because you throw up twice and not die. Its not that easy

If you're fasting absolutely stay hydrated. Water preferably with electrolytes.

Ginger wouldn't interfere with the toxicity of SN in this example. I've read of this tip only not with ginger, but with more of a strong mint like Altoids. I believe this has been discussed in the PPH as well - the use of strong mint straight after drinking SN to get that taste out of the mouth.

I've not tasted SN; if it was only salty in taste, I wouldn't be planning to have a ginger chaser. From what I have heard, and I believe is corroborated in Mooni's SN death, SN has a metallic salty taste.

Maybe I'll suck on a wedge of lemon after the SN - that would also help, taste wise and gag-reflex wise. But again, I do expect some vomit nonetheless.
