A solid "rarely." I've experienced it, but few and far between. I'm starting to think that joy is something that can rarely (if ever) be achieved.

No, in my case I don't wish to exist, I find existing deeply undesirable and always will do no matter what, to me human existence is such a torturous and hopeless burden that has only ever caused me to suffer. Personally I'd be relieved to never exist again, I only hope and wish for eternal nothingness where all is finally forgotten about, for me personally existence is the problem and it terrifies me how a human can potentially exist for so long in this reality where there is no limit as to how much they can suffer.

I'm at the end. I was born to die. What keeps me here are my animals that I didn't want to leave helpless. my head and body suffer a lot. I can't live anymore. It's torturous not to be living normally anymore. It's so much pain. It's good to be able to say openly that medication and psychotherapy are no longer effective. nothing makes sense.

Joy ... well ... it´s always depending on your state of mind. As a depressed person I can´t feel much joy where others would be exited. Everything tastes stale. That causes a moral struggle as I have no severe health problems, no money worries and so on ... people tell me all the way that there is no reason for me to be depressed, just think of others ... I hate that bullshit talk
