How often do you brush your teeth and floss?

I aim for twice a day but typically its once and sometimes I end up going a couple of days. I seem to genuinely forget - or remember just as I'm about to eat.

I have been super lucky in that all checkups I have had (only 3 or 4 as an adult) have been all good. I keep thinking they'd find something but I kept getting away with being lazy. I know I really should be better at remembering as they're only gonna get irreversibly bad at some point.

Every morning and every other night. I floss and stay away from sugars but I do drink a lot of coffee. My teeth would look very nice if they weren't a little yellow.

Half mine have fallen out.im 32.......eating disorder has fucked them.

im late but my teeth are horrible, ive had so many issues with them and have had even rare conditions due to the state of them.
