How much SN should I take?

What dosage of SN should I take if I weigh 52 kg. I also don't have a large bowel so may not be able to absorb it well. Does this mean I should take more.

If I vomit after 1 glass, but I am already very weak and lose consciousness and will not be able to drink a second one, will I succeed? First question is answered by @tulero.
As for the second question, you really mean sleeping pills and not SN? I have no idea about sleeping pills. If it is SN, the answer is yes.
If you vomit after the first glass and feel too sick to drink the second one, you don't need to do so. SN is already absorbed into your body and starts to work. I believe no one can survive this situation. Please spend the last moment peacefully.

I also wonder why they talk about 50 or 100ml. The PPeH is not clear on this subject.
