I'm currently scouting out anchor points for full suspension hanging and I have a very sturdy closet that could work but it's not that much taller than me, maybe a foot taller (I'm 5'2)

I was wondering if there needs to be a lot of space between the anchor knot and the noose or if I could just have that a couple inches so my feet would be handing off the ground completely. Does anyone know if this is important?

Additionally I attempted partial on the anchor and everything is fine but when I hang off of it like a monkey bar to test it, it bends a tiny bit. Should I not rely on it if it's like that?

Lastly, another option is above one of the doors in my house there's windows where one panel is missing that might be a good anchor point, however its an old house so I don't know if using it would be a good idea but if it seems better option I will use it.

Plan C is just buying a pull-up bar, but the same question remains of how much space between the anchor knot and the noose is needed.

There is actually no need for a specific space between the anchor point and the noose. As long as you are "comfortable" and find it easy to put everything together.

Remember that the rope may stretch a little when you apply your weight, and if you don't have enough space, you may end up touching the ground with your feet. To test this and see if the anchor point is strong, you can tie the rope and grab it with both hands and swing a little with all your weight.
