The only antiemetic I have is Olanzapine 5 mg pills. I have about 50 of them. Does anyone know how many are recommended to take before SN?

They are very sedating so I'm hoping only 5 mg is enough. I don't want to fall asleep waiting for it to kick in.

People usually take 20mg as an antiemetic when using the SN method.
