How much larkspur would it take?

Call me holistic. I've heard it's very toxic to humans. The internet says 2mg but no way…. Anyone have any idea on whether or not larkspur will kill you? How much?

eat the seeds and new growth. if you want to concentrate it, crush it, soak it all in acetone, filter the plant crap, let it evaporate, scrape up the remnant and eat that shit. poisoning is ass city though so be aware it's gonna be really shitty
