benzos suppress anxiety, alcohol suppresses both anxiety and fear. alcohol is ultimately better however not for methods like SN

If i tried alcohol and it didnt worked does it means benzos would be even less effective?Depending of benzos u cant really compare xanax and diazepam in terms of anxiety. Also it depends of person and stress level.
