There is a limit of how much it can metabolize into morphine, the morphine is the part that would overdose someone. The amount seems to me like it isn't enough to be lethal on its own no matter how much codeine you take. This is one reason it is sold over the counter in some regions.

As mentioned in the linked threads above, prescription and over-the-counter drug OD's are not a recommended method. Most of them do not succeed. You are far more likely to make yourself sick and end up in the hospital than actually dying.
