Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Insert Rocky quote here.

I recently had this exchange with my pychologist. It was something along the lines of:
Me: "I feel like I'm always fighting. I've been fighting my entire life. And I'll keep fighting until I neck myself or die of natural casues."
Pychologist: "It's possbile that you'll fight your entire life and it is something that can be very sad. But you don't have to."

Hard to translate it well but still rings in my head a bit and I can't stop thinking 'damn he is good' lol.

I know everyone has struggles, but the baseline you can return to when you get better matters.

I was cutting myself through highschool, had attempts. Then I got IBS (or IBS like something.. whatever) in my early 20s.
I guess I'm in another hole for some time now.

And let's say best case scenario I somehow manage to overcome this as well. What will be next? Will I pick up I don't know gambling in my late 30s early 40s?
Awesome life I have here. What a bad joke.

I think the core of the resilience logic should be that you have something or the prospect of something that makes suffering and fighting worth it. Hope is what allows for the transformation of pain into growth, at last that's what I think

Yeah I don't think I have anything worth fighting for. I guess I've been doing it out of habit.

Just based on the trajectory of my life. I guess you could say here as well that it doesn't have to be like that.. I don't know. It's just so incredibly tiring.
