How many self-harm scars do you have?.. I have 94 scars on my chest and legs

on my legs i counted 330 which is SO much more than i thought.there are also more smaller scars that are difficult to count

the arm is difficult to count but ill just estimate 60

i regret so them all so much. theyre all from 2023 when i was doing so bad but nobody cared. i hate so much that ill never be able to wear t shirts or shorts outside again

really visible scars are 6 on my arms and around 15 on my legs. but there's a lot more that are hard to see

83 on my arm, most are small so they can be hidden easier

I counted about 208 prominent ones on my right leg but they're so chaotic i gave up after a point. Other leg probably has a similar count because i get this urge to "balance out" the sensations on my body.

I've only started cutting on my arms this year (compared to 6+ years of legs) so its much easier to count - i have 114 on both arms combined.

I also have a 6 of them on my chest.

So as a rough estimate, it'll be around 536 visible scars. Sounds extreme now that I put it like this but almost never cut beyond dermis so it's alright ig

cant really count them, but id assume 100 on my right thigh. i have 2 on my right wrist, around 20-30 on my left wrist, 3 on my left upper arm, 12 on my right upper arm, and about 6 on my left thigh. my left wrist has the most thick scars, but my right thigh has the thickest one.

I'd estimate about 50 scars on my arm and thighs. I've been cutting for years but I don't do it very often.

6 4 on my right shoulder 2 on the left so. Not that much. Is jard to go deep with a blade at least for me

I have no idea I cut in the same area over old scars it's hard to tell even the cuts I had stitched have faded so much I've not self harmed in over 3 years. I also have scars on my upper arms stomach, legs and ankles.

i only started cutting last saturday on my left forearm. theres tons of lines all up and down my forearm, like maybe several tens. idk how many will leave scars

i'm genuinely curious how you guys know (when it's a large number). i have absolutely no clue how many, and i feel like they're really hard to count. for me, many non visible parts are covered in scars (i don't wear very revealing clothing not much to reveal except for fat and scars lmao), and some more visible areas have scars as well. many different kinds of sh scars as well. my thighs are the area with the most i believe—seconded by arms.

it's hard for me to count as when i used to cut, i would do it over healed scars but i know my right hand has the most scars! and least is my upper legs.

Interestingly enough I suppose I got lucky in that regard. Despite how much I've SH in my life only a few scarred. Majority of them healed up with no scarring.

Yeah, agree with the others, it's hard to count. I don't cut deep but I try to restrict them to my wrist so I can cover them up if I need to by wearing a watch or something and it kind of looks like I have half of a barely noticeable wristband now lol.

At least 70 on my lower left arm but they all faint and just white lines, maybe sticking out a tiny bit. 3 on my left leg which are more red and sticking out. i did those for someone in a (NSFW) sex video call

I am in company rn as I'm hosting a friend who needed shelter from her parents. Frankly, I had to fight and haggle for 4 days to even get permission to limitedly allow her over. I can't believe it worked.
I wish to answer this. Thus why I am posting this comment. If I get one react that's enough so I can come back here, because I actually really wish to count, to know, and then to answer.
I'd also headcount it to a few hundred however, mainly gathered around my thighs.

I started cutting and burning at 13,now I'm almost 26, and I always go for at least 50 a session so I don't even know what amount I'm at. I can't even count them, cause a patch on my thigh is just scars

Around 200-ish visible ones.
More, but I gave up. Don't know how you guys did it to get such accurate numbers, and I considered first making small nicks w a razor to count, but also didn't want to break the clean streak again.
Going over with a pen to mark and count is a nono as my skin is already swollen enough.
But I conclude a tad over 200 that I actually saw (my eyesight even with glasses is not good), many faded ones skipped over.
