How many hours needed with SN?

I can't see this being asked but how many hours is required of alone time with SN to ensure death or to ensure not being discovered and sent to hospital?

So the question is if the SN fails how long will it take for me to wake up and pretend there's nothing wrong?

I would give it 24 hours...there was a person on here who failed and woke up 24 hours later, which is why I'm giving you that time frame.

I thought the guide said in an hour, but I read some other stuff of people who were saved after more than an hour. Would like to know the exact time too!
