I'm currently at 0, but I made it through Saturday and most of Sunday without thinking about it. Even though I didn't quite make it to 2 days, it was still nice while it lasted.
i dont know if this is helpful but what do you like to do to distract yourself from thoughts of CTB? ive found that tea, crafts, and being around other people help immensely
Zero. Even when I'm feeling fine, I tend to think of suicide at least once a day. The only time I never think of suicide is during hypomanic episodes, but they're unfortunately very rare.

I don't think I've ever had a streak of more than 2-3 days without thoughts on CTB'ing. I've usually at least have several passing thoughts of CTB during my day to day life.
