I've been agoraphobic and socially isolated for almost 7 years. Ever since high school ended for me.
The worst of my isolation was back in 2017, when I didnt leave my apartment for 7 straight months. My mother brought me supplies every week, and I ordered food when I didnt cook. I did laundry maybe once a month. I think those 7 months did me more damag than the rest of my life combined.
Nowadays, I still only go outside when I need to. I purposely only buy a bit of supplies at a time, so I can force myself out more often.Similar threads
