I recently received my SN in the mail from DMC. It's in a silvery plastic package and hard as a rock, so should be okay right now. My plan is to go out to a field which is about an hour's walk from my home, and take the salt there to minimise people finding me early, as well as the main reason of not wanting to traumatise family at home.
So my question is how would I prepare the drink? Could I prepare it at home and take it with me in a bottle? I've heard SN reacts to water, so not sure if an hour or so is enough to neutralise DMC's purity. Would a better option be to weigh out 30g or so of the salt in a smaller container and mixing it once I get there? Or is this all just too risky and complicated, and I'd be better off going through with it at home?
