I think it varies from person to person and it could depend on whether you potentiate it with propranolol or not. In the Peaceful Pill book, the most credible resource we have got, a report is quoted in which a person lost his conscioussness afer 12 minutes, but the sn was potentiated.
I'm rather young and have a normal weight, so I fear, that it will take quite a bit longer for me, since I don't have propranolol.
Edit: here's a quote from Stan's guide:
"Unconscious
This may take up to 20 minutes to happen from drinking the SN. Be aware that fainting can happen quickly. Those who already from low blood pressure will succumb quicker."

You get low blood pressure from fasting
Also being underweight you should have low blood pressure

Oh if you mean like fasting on a regular basis then yeah, bc fasting once sure will lower blood sugars but not blood pressure (not right away anyway)
