How long does it take for bleach to kill you?

I am waiting for the day my parents leave me alone in the house, so I can kill myself using bleach.

I was wondering how long it would take for the bleach to kill me because I don't know how long my parents would be gone if they left me alone in the house (I would only know once they tell me where they are going and leave the house) and I don't want my parents or anyone to intervene.

While I'm not trying to discourage you from CTB'ing, as I genuinely believe everyone has a right to exit life early if she/he chooses, I am begging you to strongly consider the risks this method can have on your life if you fail to produce a fatal outcome.

I've included (2) medical journal entries of self induced bleach toxicity. The first one is of a case where the victim did not produce fatal results, but had an entire gastrectomy (removal of asophagus and the stomach). This victim is also blind, unable to regulate body temperature, on permanent dialysis and has to use a colostomy bag.

The second article is of a woman who was found and had to be put into an induced comatose state, incubated, and ventilated. She passed after several days in the hospital and her autopsy revealed her asophagus, stomach, mouth and small intestine were chemically burned. There is a linked autopsy article within this report detailing that the nature of the burns actually adhered the intubation line to what was left of her asophagus. It was only able to be removed during her autopsy.

Whatever path you choose to go down, I wish you absolute success in finding peace.

and if your parents come home to early you will live with painful long term damage
you can even turn blind!
i understand that you are in pain and want it to stop but i recommend looking into other methods like SN

I hope you don't do this. First, I'm pretty sure it's not very successful- you'll probably vomit after you drink it, after it's already destroyed your internal organs. Even if you don't vomit, you'll suffer extremely painful chemical burns all over your digestive system, like in your esophagus and stomach, and probably in other organs as well, since bleach is able to go through tissue and spread very easily. If this method is somehow successful, it's going to be extremely unpleasant. You'll spend your last moments in unimaginable agony and torture.

If it's unsuccessful (which is much more likely) you'll be in extreme pain because bleach is literally acid and it destroys human tissue and turns it into liquid. You'll be suffering from terrible internal bleeding. The chemical burns in your digestive system mean that you'll have to be fed through a tube. Because you inhaled bleach fumes which then destroyed your lungs, it'll be difficult for you to breathe- you'll probably need a ventilator. It'll be very difficult, if not impossible, for you to speak properly, because the bleach will have burned and eroded the muscles and tissue in your mouth.

Please don't do this! I really hope you find another way to escape whatever problems you have.

I have a former GF who is a nurse and more than once she came home after treating someone who attempted this way, lived and was in the hospital for a family member to donate organs for them.

I'm sure there are worse outcomes than mine that are not death.

I don't recommend this.

The last time I went inpatient, my roommate was there for drinking somewhere around a quart of bleach. He survived, he said it was extremely painful and even then, when he told me (which was around a week after drinking the bleach), he could still taste it when he burped. There are much better methods, try literally any other one.

You can try to mix bleach with ammonia to see what happens. Ammonia's the acid in our stomach
