I know this might sound obvious but you're best bet most likely is to wait until everyone in your home/living place has fallen asleep, then taking all of your intended dosages in that moment. That way you most likely won't be found until hours after you CTB.I think narcan works to kick off those meds in your blood off of the receptors that causes you to stop breathing whenever.
