How do I delete my online identity and let no one know, that I used this site after I ctb?

you can delete your account and your browsing history, that doesn't get rid of all of it but that's the best you can do

but can't the cops just consult my isp and get my browsing data? I already got banned from this site at my previous school's wifi, so they could easily get information from my school too :(

depending on your provider, they dont have your logs for longer than 300 logs or 3 months. soo you could wait or spam some youtube videos and hope.
Also why should the cops work on that if its ctb. As long as you dont drag others in it you should be fine just deleting your history.

Heavily doubt cops would consult the isp and get your browsing data, why would they, it would be quite unusual, most people who CTBD that were on this site and have been uncovered after* didn't have any internet hygiene and just had the site bookmarked/in their browser history.

I browse this site through the TOR browser, which helps mask your traffic from your ISP, and all history etc is wiped when you close the browser.
If you're even more paranoid you could spin up a virtual machine and run TOR through that machine, or run an entire OS that wipes itself from a USB stick, and perhaps route that entire network on that OS through TOR.Similar threads
