i don't understand how suicide is "irrational" but staying alive to put up with repetitious BS all your life in a life you didn't choose or like is "rational" theres nothing i like about existing i live in a dumpy trailer that i can't afford to to repair on ssi disability never had a job couldn't handle it no friends and no kind of future i am going to blow my head off one day with my ghost gun

I believe that in a world like this wanting suicide can be perfectly rational, I have came to the conclusion that my life is not worth living and for me, personally it makes sense to escape from decades of suffering. I do not want to be there when things get worse for me. I feel like those who dismiss suicidal people as always being irrational are non suicidal people who will never be able to understand, these types of people live under a delusion that life is always worth living.
