I might have overlooked this, but I can't find anywhere saying how heavy the bags have to be for the night night method. Does anyone know?

BTW I've been going back and forward between it and the exit bag method. I think I might go with night night. I need to do some research to see any downsides, how easy it is to mess up, and so on. But buying a tank, hiding the tank until it is time, and so on is a complete nightmare for the exit bag method. Where just getting 2 heavy bags with a tie strap is extremely easy to get, and I don't have to hide them since it's more than less normal stuff where I live.

I don't think you need heavy bags. They're just to apply pressure, right? So you want firmness.

I wonder if a rolled up towel would do it.

This is the mega thread https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/the-night-night-method-mega-thread.6834/

In short it is basically cutting off the supply to your brain. This making you pass out and die.

Man, they must have some heavy socks. I can't even seem to do it with my hands.
It's very probable that you just missed the sweet spot.

As mentioned above - you don't need to use anything heavy, just firm enough to compress the arteries (what really isn't difficult) but soft enough not to hurt your neck.

Socks, small towels etc. will work as long as you can locate area on your neck where arteries are close to surface and can be closed by applying pressure; unfortunately this is the hardest part and it might be impossible for some.

Extra info that I personally found very helpful: if you can feel a pulsating vessel, but pressing on it rises pressure in your head, it's not an artery - it's a jugular vein and closing it causes a more painful death.

Interesting. I will play around with it more :)
