Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Just need to know how easy it would be to hit one's brain stem with a .22 or hollow point and a .22 long rifle and what the best position would be the best

Hello.

I go shooting sometimes and have shot everything from 22lr. (Ruger 22) to 7.62mm (Ruger M77) If you are to die, try and not use a 22lr. Can you get acsess to somehting better? 9mm or 38. Special? If not, and this is the only way, please combine it with something else as well so you don't trap yourself in your own body.

Happy hunting.

I don't like that gun either for ctb, but for any rifle, I would place the butt of the gun on the floor and then place my mouth over the end of the barrel. That would stabilize the rifle and make it much easier to reach the trigger. But, again, the rifle you mention isn't the best choice for ctb. Personally, I wouldn't chance it with that gun. They shoot rabbits with that gun because it doesn't blow the small rabbits away. It's just not that powerful.

Agreed. Bigger is better. And unless you have access to a ballistics dummy or a cadaver it will be hard to test out.
