• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

For me, it often feels like my mind is in a box too small for it, making it hard to think.

I can't hold on to a thought, they all just flit away.

Sometimes it feels like wading through thick mud or navigating through a thick fog. I often forget things, even when I'm right in the middle of thinking about them.

It felt like I was spiralling in the same thoughts again and again, I can't focus on anything else and I just feel like crying all the time.

It's very much like that for me. Also forgetting what I'm talking about mid-sentence and that kind of thing. I was at the store looking at a display, turned away and immediately forgot what I had just been looking at. So damn frustrating.

Definitely got a serious brain fog going on. Undue effort to focus and think straight about basic things.

I can only imagine at this point IRL I must come off as a total space cadet... just totally out of it.

My biggest issue with depression is decision making. I can not form opinions or logically reason through things. My partner gets really frustrated with me not being able to make choices which then makes me feel even worse.

I have issues with decision making as well. It's very frustrating.
