How does this plan look?

4 PM- start fasting

11 PM- stop drinking

12 AM: Buccastem 4 3g tablets

12.30 AM- Milk of magnesia

1 AM- 20g SN in 50ml water

The main thing I'm unsure about is if I'm leaving enough time for the Buccastem to fully dissolve.

I've looked over Stans guide a lot. My concern though is that it's for meto instead of Buccastem, which can take an hour to dissolve.

How long is it effective? Maybe its worth taking 1/2 hour earlier. I'm just guessing as I have no actual knowledge but if that is your concern then maybe an earlier ingestion is the answer

No, after you swallowed the pills. So 30 minutes would be enough

Sounds drawn out ... why would a medication take an hour to dissolve? People aren't going to stand there stirring for an hour. Most things only take a few minutes to dissolve. I'm guessing its a powder? Can you not get it in tablet form? It might be a case of testing how long to dissolve before you actually need it so you can get a better idea of times but yes definately you need to take it 20 mins before you need it to work. I think I would be inclined to test times though

It's a tablet that you put between your lips and your gums, it dissolves there.
