For those who previously attempted to hang themselves , how does it feel ? How much time it takes until you're unconscious ? How to prevent failing ?

Did you try partial?Felt a slight urge to cough and a small uncomfort as i lost consciousness, took around 20 seconds to fall unconscious
Felt a feeling of a sore throat and neck pain when i woke back up
Why you didn't succeed?Felt a slight urge to cough and a small uncomfort as i lost consciousness, took around 20 seconds to fall unconscious
Felt a feeling of a sore throat and neck pain when i woke back up
Can you also describe what you used and placement because it was too painful when i triedI've tried hanging but it wasn't an actual attempt, I did it with the intent to see what it would be like, not with the intent to actually end my life
I've tried partial suspension hanging (I think that's the right term) and I've done it several times and during those times my vision went dark, my arms and legs felt a bit numb, and overall I felt like I was falling asleep
I always stopped myself very soon and before I lost consciousness though
full suspension? My mouth felt numb and my arms felt weak, I started to panic and tried to break it off of my neck. It was calm at first though until I heard my friend knock on the bathroom door.
Everything was just fading and I was trying to fight it.
I wish I wouldn't of waited so long to do it then I would be gone

I used a thin scarf, like out of a material similar to silk, and I'm not sure what you mean by placement sorry, I was on my knees and like leaned forward and used a doorknob ahah
nope i did partial suspension with a cable / chargerdid you do full suspension

Did you try partial or fullI tried it yesterday. Horrible experience. I was fully conscious and struggling for air, so I tried to free myself but my arms and legs were very uncoordinated and weak, so it was very difficult. I was very panicky and making weird noises. I never lost consciousness, that's the worst part while my body didn't work anymore. It wasn't calm at all. Eventually I was able to free myself, and I strained my pec by doing so, but I was very close not to be able to. A couple of seconds more and I wouldn't have been able to free myself, and I would have died while being very aware of my surroundings and struggling to break free. After that, I was kinda confused and sleepy from the oxygen deprivation. I'll probably try it again in the future, hoping that this time I'll be unconcious quickly and not having to endure all of that.
Partial, I don't think it's even remotely possible to save yourself with full.Did you try partial or full
I havent attempted this method yet, but i imagine this is how it'll go down if i try. I cant see my body peacefully falling asleep, i cant even manage that in bedI tried it yesterday. Didn't come close to success, but never felt more than a pinch either. For those who previously attempted to hang themselves , how does it feel ? How much time it takes until you're unconscious ? How to prevent failing ?
I really hope that it isn't! One shot will full or my life is even worse.Partial, I don't think it's even remotely possible to save yourself with full.
Hi. I'll assume this is a genuine question so I'll be completely real with you!For those who previously attempted to hang themselves , how does it feel ? How much time it takes until you're unconscious ? How to prevent failing ?

Do full thenI'm planning to do partial in about 2 weeks (I'm away from home now). But I can't find my carotid arteries and am afraid of failure.
